*We reserve the right to re-calculate and invoice shipping for orders over 750g, after the order has been placed. In these circumstances we will contact you for confirmation of the order.

Returns Policy

We pride ourselves in ensuring all our clothes are accurately described on our website and that they reach you in this condition. However, if you are not satisfied for any reason we have a 100% no quibbles return policy.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us by email at returns@thevintagegeneration.com within 72 hours of having received your delivery, stating your order number in the subject line of the mail. We will provide you with a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) number. The goods should then be returned to the address below within 7 days of receipt of your RMA.

Please ensure the RMA is clearly stated on the returning parcel. We will credit you with a full refund, minus shipping, in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item. We will refund the shipping costs (both ways) if the product was not accurately described or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping amount.

We advise that items are sent recorded/special delivery or similar, as The Vintage Generation cannot take any responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in the post.

Please note that in order for a refund to be issued, the goods should be in the same condition as when they were sent and all tags should still be attached.
